Discover your leadership style (and why you need a new one) is an interactive workshop blending theory, practice, and reflection to help equip you with the tools you need to excel in leadership roles. 

You'll learn about leadership theories from cutting-edge psychological, sociological, and anthropological research, illustrated by interactive activities and framed in real-world contexts.  Applying this knowledge to your own leadership experience and ambitions will empower you to create a personal leadership profile to take away from the session, with defined areas and plans for improvement. 

Aims and objectives

Saints Professional Development is a programme of skills development workshops focused on experiential, interactive learning and tangible outcomes.  Don't just take notes - take part, and take away new skills and ideas to build your future.

Learn: theories underpinning different leadership styles and the benefits of an adaptive approach
¶Ù´Ç:Ìýcreate an evidenced personal leadership profile focused on style, strengths, and assessment of areas for development
