Target audience

Although we welcome all students, this workshop would be particularly beneficial for those who speak English as an additional language and have an IELTS score of 6-7; Profile 7D; Profile 6D; Profile 5D, Profile 4D and Profile 3D.

Course information

In this hands-on workshop, we will explore key language to differentiate your own voices from the sources you are using to build your arguments. We will look at specific examples to better understand how to make this distinction clear for our readers.  

Aims and objectives

By the end of the lesson, you will be able to  

  • Effectively report information from sources 

  • Effectively position your voice in relation to the sources
